FAQ
ORDER STATUS:
Pending:
Means that the order has been submitted to our system, this is generally done before going to payment system. If your order is 'stuck' on pending for more than 48 hours, this usually means that your payment has not been recieved, however if you feel this is incorrect please contact us.
Processing:
This means that the payment has been received and goods are ready for despatch, all orders on processing before 3.30 pm GMT are processed and posted that day unless there is a problem with stock or we consider the order to be high risk.
Completed :
Your order has been dispatched.
There are other states such as rejected, fraudulent and on Hold which are self explanatory.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
Please allow 14 days for delivery after receiving your confirmation e-mail, we will send you this once your order has been completed and is ready to dispatch. If you contact us regarding a missing order we will reply after the 14 have passed.
Please Note: We hold proof of postage for every order we send, if you do not recieve your order and would like to make a claim, please contact us and we will gladly provide you with a copy of our proof of postage and instructions of how to make a claim.
PLEASE NOTE: First Class post cannot be resent. To ensure you get your order, even if it does go missing in the post, please select the next day option when purchasing.
REFUNDS:
All Refunds issued are subject to a 20% administration charge and will be recieved within 10-14 days.
Postal Insurance
We can only insure and guarantee orders with next day deliveries. Next day deliveries should be ordered before 3pm to have the best chance of receiving your items when you need them, however if some or all of your order is out of stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as stock arrives via Next Day delivery.
OUT OF STOCK/DELAYED DISPATCH:
Please read all information on our products carefully, some products may be available to order however not available for immediate dispatch so please take the time to read comments placed by us, stocking issues or warnings are usually written in RED.

When contacting us, please ensure you questions cannot be answered in the FAQ section first. If you still need to talk to us, please include your Name AND Order ID in the e-mail, if contacting us via the forums, please remember to include the name which the order was placed under, not your forum username ;)
